What is it?
A transfer agreement is an agreement between UNLV and the Nevada System of Higher Education (NSHE) community colleges which guarantees admission to UNLV and transferability of all courses as outlined in the Terms of Agreement. Nevada community college students with 30 or fewer transferable credits are eligible to apply for a transfer agreement.
Where do I sign up?
Please visit with your academic counseling office at your NSHE community college campus to initiate the Transfer Agreement process. Your counselor will be able to answer questions related to the agreement as well as make sure that you are on the right track with the major course of study that you choose.
Terms of Agreement
As a prospective UNLV transfer student from an NSHE community college, please read the terms to determine if you meet them. If so, please visit with your academic counseling office to initiate the Transfer Agreement process.
Articulation Worksheets
The articulation worksheet provides prospective NSHE community college transfer students with an outline of courses specific to a UNLV major. This allows the student to maximize the total number of credits that will be applicable to the UNLV major while earning the credit at an NSHE community college.
